I’m so tired of giving myself excuses!!!!!!!! I’m 5’9 261lbs my goal weight is 180… my short term goal is 230lbs! I will be posting my progress every week. I will be doing rolling 72s to start with. I have been binging all week. This stops here! Starting from right now I’m going to do better for myself! I already have my snake juice from Amazon!

I have similar issues with you but once you do the 1st 72h fast, then it becomes easier and easier.

I was thinking to create my own thread, updating everyday for self-accoutnability. Do you guys think such a thread will be OK for this subreddit?
