Late 30sF mostly 16:8 and 18:6 with no food or calorie restrictions aside from a focus on variety and nutrition for about three months. No long fasts, less than 20 minutes of strength training a day except for one half hour a week with a coach and a few long walks a week. Oh, and lots of snow shoveling.
Put on a pair of pants that hadn’t fit in almost a year, with room to spare! Also increased my deadlift by 20# and increased my kettle bell by 10#. Bonus 3rd: it’s a bit more subjective but I FEEL like my joint inflammation is improving and my recovery times from workouts are decreasing.
I’d like to weigh less and fit into my my even smaller pants, but feeling stronger and in less pain is the real gift. Thank you to this community for being an inspiration and resource!
Hell yea- Happy Friday to YOU! And to us for getting to delight in not one, not two, but THREE NSVs. Feeling less joint inflammation is absolutely a real one.
Great job on the progress and thanks for sharing!!
