3 day fast food help

I had an awful stomach bug last week starting on the 5th and couldn’t eat without the bug inter-jecting. It took about 3 days for me to get back to a state where I could stomach and hold food down ((roughly 7th / 8th))

Very excitedly.. I went and ate Tuna and Rice, finished the night with a bowl of porridge and woke up the next morning (9th) feeling absolutely.rancid

The last few days, I’ve mostly kept going with Tuna and Rice, porridge, and yogurt; it’s slowly getting better but I knew It was too slow.. which brought me here. I’ve looked through the wiki, Googled a bit, and realised just how wrong I’ve been doing it.

I’m trying to consume around 2200kcal as a minimum daily but I’m struggling to get to 1200 without feeling incredibly nauseas (the lack of stomach acid, I’ve come to find out)

I was thinking of carrying on with porridge for breakfast but also adding eggs to help boost the calories?

I’ve come to understand that broths are easy on the stomach so am planning on making a big stew tomorrow and freezing some for the next couple of days

I’ve seen that olives, and celery are a good snack, but neither of those are exactly calorie heavy.

Any help would be a massive help here; I hope I’ve not broken any rules here because the nausea is really putting me over here.

Answer

If you’re nauseous now, just drink bone broth, chicken, or beef bouillon and then eat foods when you feel better. The stew sounds great. Olives are very calorie dense. Also, try avocados. Anything with high fats will be extremely high in calories.
