Most nutritious food to eat to break 3 - 5 day rolling fasts?

I’m experienced with these lengths of fasts but I haven’t fasted in a month and a half and need to lose some weight. What kind of foods would be most ideal to eat when breaking my fasts? I’m thinking steak, chicken and veg, eggs and cheese but it seems too simple to me. If you have suggestions for certain kinds of vegetables and any other food that’s good to eat (canned sardines too for omega maybe) please let me know

Nothing beats eggs as a complete food

It has almost all vitamins and minerals, every essential amino acid and a perfect mix of fats and proteins (which are 100% bio-available)

And they’re really cheap too!

Anything else you want to add is also fine. You can keep it simple.

I have not consumed anything but a tbsp of butter with my black morning coffee for the past 5 days and cut 11 lbs. Today I refeed with 2 meals.

Meal 1: 2.5 lbs of ground beef and cheese Meal 2: 1.5 lbs of ground beef with lettuce salsa and sour cream, 1 lb of chuck eye steaks.
