Today marks 3 months since I started a mix of low carb, IF, OMAD and 3 day fasts. I mix it up to keep my body guessing. I also go by how my body is responding. Some days I can handle one meal a day, other days I require more and will do IF.
For reference - I’m 34yr old and 5’4. I started at 244 and today I am 190!
Wow great job!! I love that you mix it up based on how you’re feeling! I try to do the same. Longer fasts help me jumpstart after stall.
Shark week coming up so I’m try to be on my best behavior and do a preemptive two day fast. I probably won’t see results from that until a week later. But it’s still worth it!!
