I can recommend the RP strength diet app. You just pick the foods off the list and it tells you exactly howe much to eat. So far I have lost 12 pounds in two months with an 85% compliance rate so I definitely could have lost more. Check it out! It cost money but is very affordable. I like it a little more than my fitness pal since it tells you how much to eat and takes the guess work out. However you should be prepared to eat the same things over and over and there is less variety in the foods they recommend you eat than using my fitness pal.

3 months is a good timeframe, unlike some 30-days challenges.

Most apps and websites that offer courses are created to scale and offer a plan/solution that fits a broader range of customers. That makes it more affordable, but you can end up with a diet plan that might not really suit you and isn’t sustainable long term.

If you’re looking for a custom-made plan according to your individual needs (what foods are available, your body, your hormones, your life circumstances) you might be looking for a nutritionist or dietitian for a 1:1 consultation.
