I am really excited I just felt so ready to do this longer fast. My body was definitely asking for it after 2 weeks of holiday eating.
I am dirty fasting and having bone Broth, pickle and saurkraught juice and yesterday I had 1 olive because I felt like it. I am really focusing on my liquids and maintaining my electrolytes.
I noticed I slept well the first night, I just woke up once really hungry but it passed very quickly.
Send me good vibes I’m not hard set on 72 hrs. I’m just going as long as my body says to.

I did 72 hour fasting too, by the third day I start having numbness in my arms and legs if I don’t take proper electrolytes. I think the main culprit is potassium, but not sure yet. I drink snake juice when I’m fasting, but it’s interesting what you’re saying about pickle water. Maybe I’ll try that soon
