Is there a significant difference in autophagy in 65 vs 72 hour fast?

So I’m looking to fast this weekend, but with my schedule it’s much easier for me to break my fast after around 65 hours. Is the difference significant, as I know autophagy peaks at 72 hours?

Answer

In general longer better with peak benefits around 5 days, after 7 days the body starts eating itself so benefits are not that good …

Again, will vary from person to person, depends on what you are doing and so on. If for example you go on a run in the first day of your fast for an hour you will deplete your glycogen stores and possibly improve the benefits.

TLDR: 65 Hours is great, exercise if you can
