I’m about to do a 72 hour fast and was wondering can I go into the gym right after I break my fast or should I wait a day then go back in?
Be sensitive about your energy levels. If your body tells you, it is time to excercise, then go. But do it carefully and rather too little than too much.
If its just becaue of the idea that you need to be really fit, then dont. Because it doesnt help, if your body isnt ready for it yet
