I fast based on life events. There are weeks when I can do 72s and some weeks I do 24s/48s. If i know I have an event I’d like to attend and eat at I just plan accordingly around it.
No reason to not enjoy yourself when you are with friends/family. Many decent choices can be had at the pub that won’t derail your progress. Burger no bun, wings, steak, salad etc… Just try not to go off the rails and eat a couple thousand calories and lots of carbs
Hi, am new to the SD and started with keto then Keto-OMAD and now I’m 10 days into 48’s. It’s been a bit of a roller coaster with hunger head games and I’m VERY happy when it’s time to eat.
Today though, although not “euphoric”, it is “ time” to eat. But I’m not very hungry.
I carefully planned out my meal…but thought well. Just keep going until I’m actually hungry?
I don’t want to get stuck away from home and then HAVE to eat later tonight without my selected foods as I’ll be in a pub with friends and their menu is a disaster!
Also don’t want to eat at 10pm and wait until the dead if night for refeeds…am I overthinking?
