My main goal is autophagy. I’m not too concerned about BF on this one.
I have my green tea, black coffee, Zevia pop and sea salt and other minerals.
Can anyone suggest anything else for the fast that won’t disrupt the process?

Someone, a long time ago, recommended pickle juice to me. As long as it’s no sugar added, it’s just a nice little treat if you need something. Same goes for tea with cinnamon and ACV - at the end of the day it can be a real life saver.
