First time faster and almost have my first week in the books. 20/4 mostly. I’m turning 50 at the end of this year. My goal is to be at the same weight when I was half my age. Doing it for myself and my family and also for my 30th high school reunion (celebrating a year late due to Covid)
Not too far to go, I’d really focus on upping the protein and doing any form of resistance training at this point. Get at least 150g of animal protein per day, every day, without exception.
If you do that and couple it with eating fewer than 50g total carbs per day, you will be absolutely golden
