I really think that my body needed to lose this weight fast since my baseline is around 165 these days (I gained this extra weight only over the holidays). I am hoping that I can get down to at least 165 sooner than later so that I can lose that last 10 lbs that has been so hard to attain. Has anyone else lost weight really fast in the beginning?
It depends on the method you’re using and your gender and age, I believe. It took me (37 f) two weeks of 16:8 to lose 5 or 6, but I stuck with it and now I’m down 40 6 months later. My husband (37 m) lost 15 in the first two weeks with the same method. The key is sticking with it, even if you don’t lose anything one off week! Great start, Op!
