60 hrs into snake juice fasting, what’s next?

I want to lose around 24 pounds and I am confused. I just jumped into the snake juice only fast and feel fully fine tbh after 60 hours. But just watching Cole’s videos for motivation, I saw a video posted a month or so ago where he said guys who only need to lose 20 pounds or less don’t need to do fasting just macros. So I’m kinda getting mixed signals here.

My plan is to basically eat a 70-25-5 (fats-proteins-carbs) meal under 600 calories x2-3 times today and continue on with rolling 48s or alternate day fasting (saw that video too).

Do you guys think it’s a sound plan?

What if I did alternate day fasting (on snakejuice) and refeeding on the above macros? Getting 0/trace carbs is impossible for me (live in middle east so spam is out of question) so I’m also wondering if those small carb amounts will kick me off ketosis as well.

as long as you feel good it’s fine.

what cole is saying is that it can become more difficult to fast as you get leaner. if you’re not experiencing that, just keep fasting.

5% carbs on 3x600cal meals per day is highly unlkely to effect ketosis. that’s like 22g carbs. if you’re worried, go for a walk or something.

I use alternative fasting and it works great. I drink snake juice and walk on one day. Then I refeed on the next day and exercise on that day as well. It usually looks like 36 hours of fasting and a 12-hour eating window. Really close to my goal now only about 35 lb away. I’ve been able to build muscle this way and exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Cole has a video on Alternate day fasting as well. Best wishes 👊🐍
