I weighed 285 lbs last year. I’m 6’1 and down to 215 lbs. I want to hit the home stretch and break for 180 lbs which is my ultimate goal. I started off by simply cutting out milk and soda. Now I have escalated to 72 hour fasting with only one meal. Is it safe to do this long term back to back with only a light meal in between? I have a lot of mental fortitude and have so far not binge ate like everyone says I would.
If you dont workout then no. Add working out and you dont have to do 72 hours as a lifestyle lol. Always blows me away how people are willing to fast. Extremely longer rather than add the gym to their regiment. Gotta assume you want some muscle too or else be built lile howard stern
