Hi everyone- I just started a 72 hour dry fast. Main goal is to heal some digestive issues I’ve had. I did a 7 day water fast about 2 weeks ago and a 7 day soft dry fast 2 years ago.
I’m about 16 hours in already and down from 176—>171 lb. We will see how it goes!
Well- 1 day was enough for me. I found out I was getting a free workout class the today with my girlfriend and couldn’t pass it up. So I rehydrated and ate a small meal. I will most likely do another 1-2 day fast from tonight afterward-
