What I lost in almost 72 hours of hard dry fast.

Hovered around 252/253lb and 248lb sometimes, and after almost 72 hours of dry fasting, no water contact, I am 140lb. Almost 5 hours to go I think to reach the 72 hour mark. I don’t move I just sit inside all day pretty much in my room, I went for a walk earlier though like at 3am and such and 5am, listening to CHRISTmas music.

Thirsty…. I want to drink water refreshing water and eat. I’m not even hungry lol Like my body doesn’t need food rn I have plenty of fat to use, but idk why I’m so thirsty if my body should be tapping into fat storages to hydrate. Eh I guess I’ll break my fast with some cold refreshing natural cocanut water and some grapejuice, and then a huge meal I’m craving meat hmmmm yes.

I’m on hour 63 of my dry fast which will be 72 hours. I started at 156 and I’m down to 149, I think it would be going faster but I take prescriptions three times a day and they slow me down. I use the sauna to help and am loving my results.

Any suggestions on how to keep prescriptions from slowing you down?
