About to Hit Day 10 And Feeling Extremely Nauseous... Considering Adding in a Cold Plunge Daily

I’m about to hit Day 10 shortly on a long, hard dry fast. I haven’t had any water contact whatsoever, minus a few drops here and there.

I’m considering adding a cold plunge into an ice bath to help relieve some of the symptoms, since I’ve been feeling extremely nauseous for the past few days. Will this hinder my progress?

Thanks in advance.

Answer

I’ve been swimming in the ocean on my dry fast. I’m only on day 4 though. I’m just so skinny that the water contact really helps me get through the fast. Plus the ocean has minerals for the body to soak up

Could help clear some toxic residue out of your skin and lymphatic system if any still remain. If it was me and I had the strength I would find a river/stream/lake for natural water todo the plunge in. Although understandable if you don’t want to risk venturing out into the world with how deep in you are
