Accountability Post - November 2021

I moved to Mexico as a Digital Nomad and packed on some weight from several binges during October. And so I’m posting here for accountability because I plan on doing rolling 48s starting today.

Stoked to share my progress.

Ive done rolling 96s and lost weight really quickly last year. I’ve been ADF to cut again and its a very sustainable and easy to adhere method. Although I don’t eat in a tight eating window on Days I eat it’s usually 6+ hours apart because I weight train on those days and protein distribution throughout the day is important for training, especially when you are fasting on a cut. Just adding that In there in case you also weight train. ADF and 48s are great though.

Hey there! Just wanted to say that congrats on moving to Mexico! I have a dreamOf moving to the Yucatán (I travel there often). Depending on where you are, hopefully you can get some fresh food into the diet (seafood, fruits etc). At least in Mexico they have warning labels on junk food!

Hey so I’m at 36 hours now (my last binge ended Sunday night at 12:30am lol), and definitely finding it a bit tough to focus on work, so I’m debating having my meal now and then rolling into another 48 or just doing ADF.

Def don’t want to affect my work productivity. Any advice?

Adding another update - so last week wasn’t ideal as I broke my fast after 36 hours, though I did eat pretty much no carb most of the week.

I ended up binging on junk food on Sat/Sun, which set me back, but I figured out that I have SIBO. The SIBO led to ravenous and uncontrollable cravings, which is why I couldn’t stick to my plan.

I’ve started taking antimicrobials for that with great success, which has eliminated my cravings.

So I’m back on track now.
