Update 3/11: Unfortunately I’m back not with good news but with a walk of shame. Did 2 rolling 72s but relapsed to binge eating for the last 2 month, so I’m back at square 1 with SW 264 lbs | 120kg
Restarting my rolling 72s, but this time with weekly updates which hopefully will help with greater accountability.
Update 3/18: Did 2 rolling 48s but ate like a pig last weekend – CW: 258 lbs|117 kg
Update 3/25: Completed 2 rolling 72s with 1 lapse day (major overeating of \~2000 calories) - CW: 249 lbs | 113 kg
You’re still losing weight. It’s a marathon not a sprint. Just don’t give up. If you have a tendency to binge like I do in between fasts you might want to do less ,but ,longer fasts like 5 to 7 days.
When you say rolling 72’s you mean fasting 72 hours and eating for a day and then back to a 72 hour fast again?
