I’ve fasted in the past but got injured recently and lost a lot of discipline, gained all of the weight back. Its time to focus and get the weight down once and for all. Would love a partner to keep each other going through this. Plan on doing 6-8 rolling 72s and then take it from there. Who’s in?
hey man, I’m about 2 weeks into my rolling schedule, I started with 72s and then transitioned to a rolling 92/4 and then dialed back to 88/8 – fast till noon the following day after my 72, then eat until 8pm. eating pretty much whatever I feel like, but not like pure garbage, mostly high fat low carb, but not turning down a good homemade dinner if its non-keto.
I have a lot to lose (120lbs) so this is working so far, I’ll have to lock it down in the coming months; but I’m down 20lbs since starting the first 48s on boxing day.
