So I’m week one into my 3 month challenge to push myself and feel great!
SW: 275
End of Week 1: 263lbs
I mixed up fasts from 60 hours to 48s to 36s and omad, very random I know but I’ve been playing it by how I feel and what I have scheduled in my personal life.
Week 2 I will be more aggressive at the start of the week with a 72 or 96 then go to omad till Sunday and see how that goes!!
“..playing it by how I feel and what I have scheduled in life” is the rule I follow as well. It works and it’s so important.
