[Advice] How to get away with hunger? 😅

Ok. So, I’m now 10 days in. Using the Fastic app. Which is of great help. Recipes. Keeping track of time etc.

For the first week I managed to do quite well. The hunger was a thing, but ok. But I managed to do the 15/8. But often stretched it to 16/9 where I finished eating an hour earlier in the night. Plan is now 20.00/8pm-12.00. At noon I start with lunch but my empty feelings are getting worse.

Today was an absolute low. I felt miserable. I never feel full. I keep having this empty stomach feeling, no matter what I eat. Also felt really low in energy. I slept bad as well. I have lost 3kg in 9 days. Which is decent. Im happy with that.

Routine:

I dont feel like I eat to little. Any help or advice is appreciated.

What I would do is this.

First, ditch that after dinner yogurt and buy back that time. After dinner there is no need for a snack.

Now, maybe you can start your eating window somewhat earlier tomorrow and that might help match your rhythm. But, if possible, lose that bread. Be as carb conscious as you can at the start of the window. Your body is whining for easy energy, wanting carbs and sugar. You’re routinely delivering it, so the begging works.
