I’ve recently started the 16/8 fasting routine and I just feel like I’m constantly hungry. I know it’s all in my head and I’ve been chugging water like a mad man and it does help but I just want to know if there are any tips to make it easier in the beginning?
I noticed this too at the beginning. For me it helped a lot to avoid carbs. Sugar,cookies,bread.. were the worst. After switching to high protein it was much easier. I would suggest to drink water and green tea to stop the cravings and boost the metabolism. Drinks with artificial sweeteners may increase head hunger.
