Does the hunger ever get easier?

This question is for 7 or 30 days fasts. Does the hunger stop completely or happen in a bigger time span? Or is everyday like the first or third day? This may be a stupid question but I’m new lol.

Answer

Easier is a weird word. It gets more familiar. You begin to learn to distinguish between true hunger pangs (a dull ache, mostly silent and in the background. Occasionally flares up 30 minutes at a time, and then subsides) versus say, a craving (screaming desire that appears unquenchable for like 30 or so minutes, but basically vanishes after a few days).

Basically you just get better at identifying which one you’re suffering from and what to do to overcome them. Regardless, the answer is usually some water and an activity or light exercise or sleep. Also, electrolytes.
