Almost broke my dang fast

I was going to make a post 4 hours ago about how I am 31 hours into my first fast ever (48hr goal) and I was tempted to break it! I think I was just bored. My stomach growls but I’m not physically hungry. I don’t feel fatigued or any symptoms. Anyways so I just wanted to say DO NOT BREAK YOUR FAST DUE TO BOREDOM!!!! I was so close even in my head was like eh 31 hrs is good enough 😂😂. Always always go do an activity if you are thinking of breaking a fast (unless you are feeling like death). I’m so happy I didn’t break. Continue the good work everyone!

I find that the biggest problem isn’t hunger, but the hedonistic pleasure of tasting food. I could fast for a month and feel fine, but walking past a local bakery and seeing a perfectly decorated cupcake will just trigger something in me
