So I was on day 3 of a 30 day fast and caved when my parents brought home chicken wings, snacks and potato salad. I had roughly 1400 calories before I stopped myself. Is it safe to go to the gym tonight? Then continue my fast?
About 3 weeks ago I started a fast and on the 4th day broke the fast, ate for one day and went right back to another three day fast. Did alright and felt fine, lost some weight too. Went on a 10 day vacation and now I’m on my third day fasting feel fine and will probably break my fast tomorrow or maybe Monday.
