My 21 days of fasting is coming to an end in 3 days, What do u guys suggest I break my fast with? Because I always get too excited and mess up during my refeeds. And when do u guys suggest I go back to fasting again?
I broke 30 days with an omelette and a tiny sausage.
Low carb is the key. Stay away from foods that trigger your addiction {if you have one}.
Afterwards stay close to a toilet, and don’t trust any fart!
I stuck to keto personally. It’s easier on my stomach than going straight for stodgy carbs. You could break it with bone broths or soups too. After a 21 day fast I’d say give yourself a week break as it’s quite intense on the body.
Anyone take digestive enzymes when breaking fast for better digestion and less diarrhea?
As for OP, wow good freaking job man!!!! What kept you from slipping post day 5-6? Mentally the cravings were probably crazy. How much did you lose during this fast?
