How much weight have you been losing? It seems like 72s or 96s are the perfect amount for max weight loss. Discuss.
I started keto in June 2021. I worked up to 2 rolling 72s a week and OMAD Sundays for a round 4 months. I lost 114 pounds total. I ate Sundays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
I am female 53 5ft6in. I did water fasts and keto refeeds. I walked 3 miles a day for stress relief. It’s so important to stay on top of your electrolytes.
I am in maintenance now.

I’m starting with a 7-10+ day fast and then plan to roll into 48s or 72s. I have about a hundred to lose. I’m close to finishing day 2 right now. The first few days are the worst. I’m starting to get to ketosis, so it should get easier by the day.
As a very small woman, I’ve lost 9 lbs in 1 month and 1 week with rolling 48s with a 72 once a week. My refeeds are keto (2MAD). This is pretty good progress for a small person, but terrible progress for an obese person. 5’3” SW: 128, CW: 119, GW: 110.
Yep, I did rolling 48s mostly and 72s and lost the baby weight from four kids and that’s now over five years ago. I will still do an occasional 48 hours snake juice fast if the weight comes creeping back up. I sometimes will do a 24 hr hard dry fast after the snake juice fast. Imho You don’t have to go on a 30 day snake juice fast to get the results. Also, do keto mostly when you break your fast.
i was doing pretty hardcore 72’s and 96’s the first 2 amd a half weeks and lost 25lbs. Im a 6’4 male started at 323 and am currently teetering around 299-300. it took about 2 weeks to lose 20lbs. now im doing more 42 hours mixed in with the 72’s but still want to throw some 96 hours in there on the weeks im not working (freelance)
