In the end I was at week 16 or so down to 184 lbs.

Ive been eating at a moderate surplus for about 2 months now and Im up to 200 again. I gained back a lot of muscle, water, and glycogen.

My bicep measurement went from 14.5” to 16”.

Once I gained back all my muscle Im going to cut again without fasting. I expect to be no more than 210 with all my muscle back and still net 20 lbs fat loss.
