I’m looking to lose the most amount of fat as possible by February/March 2022. I can’t physically do a 5-day fast anymore and hit the gym, I just get too nauseous and weak.
I was wondering whether there are any benefits of one over the other? Which would you recommend and why?

Obviously you’re going to have better results with rolling 96s, but it’s sustainability is entirely subjective with you. Do what you can reasonably sustain.
I do rolling 48s during the week and OMAD on the weekend. It’s the bunny slope of fasting for snake dieters, but it’s something I can sustain.
It really depends on how you feel while fasting and what you can consistently do. I was mixing in 72s and 96s depending on how I felt while working out. I was doing essentially a modified velocity diet, I’d drink two servings of intek evolution protein powder because it actually tasted pretty amazing, and Id use egg whites instead of water or milk. I didn’t eat solid food for over a month. If I was planning a 96, I would drink my shakes and workout that afternoon, workout again two days into my fast and workout the afternoon after I broke it. It’s kinda miserable, but worth it.
