I’ve been finding drinking a shake while chasing the kids has helped me avoid unhealthy snacking. Anyone have any recipes to share or specific protein powder or alternatives?
I like to keep it simple: 2 scoops naked whey or 1 scoop each of naked whey and naked casein, small amount of heavy cream and the rest water. Sometimes I’ll add instant coffee to the mix. Naked brand has a clean, simple taste with no added artificial sweeteners.
