Anyone have this weird feeling of wanting to throw up after eating a bunch of carbs?

Title. Wondering if anyone else has felt this way before. It’s the first time I’ve definitely gone out of ketosis. The blood sugar spike and the tiredness I feel after eating is insane. Oh man, I feel like I’ve been awake all night! Also, after I ate, I would briefly feel these sensations of wanting to throw up (not wanting to make myself throw up, but just a natural feeling of wanting to throw up). Not sure why I feel this or if this is something other people experience. I’ve been on keto and fasting for about a month (72 hr fasts with a small refeed window once done). I was just hanging out with some friends and we got some subs from a local deli. It’s crazy the feelings I’m having after consuming carbs and definitely knocking myself out of ketosis.

I get that. After I stopped nursing my daughter I started fasting and did no sugar/low carbs for about 3 months. Now I can’t eat much bread-particularly white-without nausea, puffiness in my face, and inflammation in my joints.

Fwiw I fast for medical reasons as well as fitness/aesthetic, so ymmv. But yes! When there have been times I’ve felt sick, gotten cold/night sweats, even rashes it’s a whole thing. I’ve noticed it also happens more when it’s carbs in a refeeding after an extended fast vs. OMAD which makes sense (superficially at least) given the strain that can put on one’s body, the spike in blood sugar etc
