Would two 36 hours fast in a week be healthy?

I do 36 hours mainly to burn an extra 3000 cal a week (my daily maintenance). Was wondering if itd be healthy to add a second 36 hours fast in order to burn even more cals and get to my goal faster. Thoughts?

Answer

I roll 42-46 consistently in between every meal. Been doing this for several years now without issue. On occasion I’ll eat the next day if I’m asked to go out for a meal or something, but I’m very consistent minimum 42 hours in between meals.

I work swing shift and do omad. I’ve been doing this for a while with no issues. When transitioning from days to nights i do a 36 hour fast and once again when transitioning back to days. 2 36 hour fasts a week and the other days are 23 hour fasts. Zero issues, i feel great, mentally and physically.

Answer

I don’t have an answer as fas as what is healthy, but I did two 40-ish hour fasts last week, and the second one was SO hard. This week I decided to do one 70-ish hour fast, and honestly can’t decide which is the lesser of two evils.
