46m, SW 232 CW 207. I’m exactly 80 days in and 25 pounds down. The first time in many many many years that I’ve woken up before my alarm and felt good (eg not waking up because I was stressed or in pain) was yesterday. The second time was this morning. The weight loss is awesome but the feeling of being truly rested might be even better

Ive got a laundry list of them but I also sobered up at the same time.

Lower pulse, lower blood pressure, better vowel regularity, better sleep, more willingness to expend energy which led to exercise at all.

Less focus on food in general. The ability to be around food, goodies, and not immediately eat them.
