After about 2 months I notice I don’t eat antacids anymore. Anybody else have ailments clear up for them?
The anti acid thing I can relate to, but I also noticed I have more energy later in the day(I eat in the morning)
Something about not digesting all day feels great to me.
I know there are allegedly some other benefits, it’s not very thoroughly studied though so it’s not all that definitive to my knowledge. Could be wrong though.
I do OMAD combined with daily exercise and eat in the evening. Amazingly I don’t wake up feeling bloated like I did when I ate all day and my mental health is the best it gets when I’m doing this. Sometimes (depending on work) I exercise at around the 22hr mark of a fast and still have the energy for it.
