Im at 82kg and want to go down to 78kg in about 2 months time. Im experienced with IF and like it a lot for the mental clarity and the weight loss.
I only ever had problems with breaking the fast. I usually get really tired, probably because my meals were too big.
How can I break my fast? If I go to the gym, I thought about eating 2 Bananas, maybe some nuts.
I usually eat oats and a few eggs in the morning, I might also try these exact foods in the evening to break my fast / to fuel my workout as I like them a lot for their macros.
Anyone with advice / experience?
What’s your eating window and how many meals in the day you eat? What time do you work out in the evenings? I mostly do OMAD and if it’s a full meal I eat is 4 hours before my evening workout but days I don’t workout I do a snack like broth and fruits in the afternoon and a nice dinner within 4 hour window.
