1 litre of water with 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate over a couple hours. Coconut water over couple hours. Bite to eat. Wait a couple hours then do what you please just drink plenty of water and don’t overeat
Go slow. Break with fresh (homemade bit store bought) watermelon juices on day 1, day 2 you can inco fresh salads and more fruits but still drink your juices as it will help flush out all the debris your body broke down during the fast.
I’ve done 7 day dry fasts and the only precaution I took was to consume liquid before solid to reactivate the digestive system. I would drink a couple of pints of beer then after an hour or so eat a large doner kebab (lamb and salad), no problems.
