I’ve been doing 16:8 since October. I started a new medication last week that I have to take in the morning & it really upsets my stomach/makes me feel weird if I take it without food.
Can someone suggest a fasting schedule that could help me still fast? Does anyone else break their fast in the morning and close their window in the afternoon? Curious to know the effects!
I break my fast in the morning. I actually find it easier to skip dinner and to be asleep for 6-8 hours of my fast. I found that I make better food choices when prepping meals after a good night sleep, and I also like my feeding window to be when I am most active instead of sedentary.
FYI, I haven’t noticed much of a change in the rate of weight loss, it just feels better for me.
