Yes. My progress is just from 18:6 MOST days. I still have cold brew with cream every morning and I don’t count calories or try to eat any special way. Some days my fasting hours are longer, sometimes they’re shorter. Sometimes on weekends when my husband makes breakfast, I eat breakfast with my family and don’t do it that day. Could my progress have gone faster? Maybe. But this method has been obtainable for me and it IS working. I finally added in workouts this week, 11 months after starting, and am feeling really good.
