10/31 to 10/3 or 10/4
I am doing this fast as a challenge for myself. Trying to do at least 5 days. In the morning a cup with a shot of warm water , ACV, ginger, and cayenne pepper. At night a small glass of warm water with a tsp of salt. At least a gallon of water a day. I have already been taking Appetrex control as an appetite suppressant. I normally take one, but on this I will be taking the recommended 2.
Day 1: Weigh in :187.8
Finished my first day. I don’t know if it is the pills or what, but I felt zero hunger this day. Just drank water. I work from home so there was no real energy issue
Day 2: Weigh in: 179.6 Wow, amazing drop. I know that it’s just water weight, but the initial drop is always good to see. I got my period today but I want to keep going. I may have to stop early if I become too tired.
Hey, I’m doing the same from 30.10 :) Big up for ACV, I lost 1.5kg yesterday and today somehow I weigh again the same lol. Anyway trust the process. Been also spicing up my evenings with cups of green tea and usually 3 cups of black coffee during the day at work as a natural hunger suppressant. Tomorrow’s gonna be the worst day I suppose and from there it’s only getting better mentality wise.
