What’s the word on eating during a larger than 12h window? I’ve taken a mental note a while back that I should eat strictly during 12h to allow my system to get into “night mode” (forgive my rather gross oversimplification). I’ve heard this from videos by a Dr. Satchin Panda.

12 hour eating window is probably already unnaturally long, if you are trying to truly optimize natural circadian rhythm, even if it is common. Paleolithic humans probably didn’t eat very much very long after sunset.
