I’m scared about low blood pressure and passing out (happened to me before).
I don’t do heavy lifting, just resistance workouts with some weighted plyometrics.
Any advice on how to workout efficiently during the fast, or if I should skip it?
i enjoy working out during fasts. just finished a short 62 hour one, rode my bike 16 miles at moderate intensity the first day to deplete my muscle and liver glycogen, second day went to the gym and did a back and leg day at 60% my normal weight/intensity. felt great.
I run during my 48s. Usually twice. Just make sure to pay attention and dial back or cancel if you need to. Depending on how acclimated you are already it may just take some time for your body to be used to pushing while fasting.
