Right now Iβm angry and probably PMSy. My family managed to irritate me and I want to eat down my anger.
I know Iβm not hungry, and I wonβt break my fast. I got to the level of medium obese by emotional eating and my joints hurt like they never have.
I really want to know how to manage emotional eating, aside from meditation and sports. Any advice?
