Answer

Healthy really depends on what you’re looking at. It’s low calorie and high protein, so if that means healthy to you, then yes. However it has the added artificial sweeteners stevia, acesulphame potassium, and sucralose, however these aren’t considered to have high heath concerns. It also has calcium, which is good. An argument could be made that it’s processed, but all yogurt is to an extent lol.

It is my go to. I have tried many others, and this brand is the best for me in terms of gut health. Other brands of Greek yogurt give me very loose stools/diarrhea, but light and fit does not, even when eating multiple servings every day. As far as strict nutrition, it has roughly the same macronutrient profile as other fat fee/sugar free Greek yogurt options (great value, oikos, etc).

Answer

I mostly avoid added sugar, and when you look at yogurts with big flavor without the added sugar, they’re one of the best. I don’t know what makes it healthy for you. It’s really the only sweetened thing I consume, so I don’t mind the artificial ingredients.
