I’m glad that I have a day of rest today after working yesterday. The 48 hour point approaches and I am proud of fighting back the temptations I saw in front of me (they had cookies at work today and pizza yesterday). Body feels tingly. Starting weight for this fast was 201.8, current weight 197.0.
Hello, 30 days is a big’n. Do you mind sharing your goal weight and height, as well as what you plan on intaking (supplements, etc…) during the fast? I’ve been doing a low carb prepared meal service with 16:8 and about 30 minutes of exercise for about a month now. I’m on day 7 of a prolonged fast as we speak, haven’t decided how long I’ll go. SW 478.6 12/16/2021, CW 446.4, GW 185-195, H: 6’3”.
