I’ve successfully done IF a couple of years ago but fell off the wagon and am recommitting. I know a lot of people have stated IF in the new year and so I wanted to let you all know that if you have a hard time the first 2 weeks that it’s normal and if you can get to the end of week 2 it’ll feel much easier. Keep going you can do this.
I’m posting to remind me too. Having been in the zone for months I’ve forgotten how tough it can be to get into the zone. Once you’re there it’s worth it.
Thank you for this. I am on 16:8 since 2020 but I decided to challenge myself and do 18:6 due to my recent weight gain because of medication. I am frustrated and desperate to lose the weight I have gained. Hoping the switch to 18:6 will help.
