my breath smells like permanent marker and I feel like I’m gonna die even though those are common, I just stay in bed all day and wait so my family can’t force me to go out and eat AND actually last night was so tired I had a halluniation about eating which almost broke my fast.
Sometimes going for a casual walk - 20 mins or more - can help I’ve found. Seems to ‘clear’ symptoms for me. And you can brush your teeth if you want from time to time - depending on how strict you are being. I dont think toothpaste in the mouth for 1 min and then out is a big deal for me at least.
