It’s getting harder
Like others have said, check the carb level. If it’s getting harder … your body may not be fat adapted yet and still trying to hold onto glucose/glycogen as the main fuel source. You have to kick it into fat burning mode and it becomes sooo much easier. I’d suggest checking the carb level, kick out any sugar completely, highly limit processed foods, and switch to either 18:6 totally or throw in a few 20:4 or OMAD and see how it’s going a few weeks later. Basically some people can do 16:8 carb loaded and never get their insulin to baseline and flatten, which is one of the main goals of IF (low insulin). Good luck, and please don’t give up because our bodies can sometimes fight this change
