Has anyone here done a 16:8 fast for 5 days a week, and varying for rest of the 2 days?

Has anyone here done this routine? 16:8 Monday-Friday? I am able to get away with weekdays, but weekends are difficult but will be trying my best to do it.

I am working on that right now. My struggle is I’m keto and it’s really hard to get my calories in witching 2 meals. I want to do a 20 hour fast on Friday-sat and Sunday-mon. Then 18:6!during the week. So it’s the plan but I’m kinda all over the place because evenings are chaos.

I do 18:6 with two or three days 20:4 like when work gets busy including my one 20 hour fasting day Friday into Saturday. I’ve only been doing g IF since 2/2/23 so around 30 days.

My starting weight was 176 poubds and now am at 168.7 pounds.
Trying to stick to a calorie deficit of a couple hundred.

My pants fit better than they used to, and my arms seem to be more vascular.

Have been doing fasted workout in the morning before work but so far have missed a day of fasting and workout.

Trying to look fit for my 40th birthday this summer and I’m sure that fasting alone without exercise is not the way, just gotta stay on the grind

I do 18:6 Sun-Thur, Fri I don’t eat till noon, no cutoff. Then sat I I don’t eat till I’ve hit 18hrs, usually around 4pm, again no cutoff, then again 18hrs till Sun. Usually Sunday is Omad, or 2 smaller meals cause I need to be done by 6
